Live Vision MGMT is a multi-level performance  / creative staffing and entertainment agency.  We strive in finding the idea performance / creative opportunities, and seek throughout the worldwide industry for every dollar available for you or your party.

Whether you are a musician, dancer, graphic designer, cabaret group, singer, dance band, comedian, videographer, web designer, DJ, photographer, sound or lighting technician, we have the resources to assess your abilities; Live Vision understands the dedication of both the artist and the creator of the arts.

Live Vision is for the people by the people establishment; that caters to all personal with a career, education, or passion for the business and creation of music.

Live Vision MGMT is designed to lay out the foundation for both the entertainer and the creative designer. The company of Live Vision is a multi-level agency that is to assist and aid four major divisions; Artist Development, Creative Designer Development, International Relations / Bookings, and Publishing.

• Artist Development:

 

We; LIVE VISION are the collective, the conglomerate; the industry professionals who lead the blind into the light. LIVE VISION was built to help further develop musicians in this ever-evolving music industry. Our full service team specializes in the macro management of artists with or without management, giving them the direction to further their own movement. Our talented and knowledgeable team collectively has over 18 years of industry experience.

Setting the bar and raising the standards, LIVE VISION is overcoming the plateau and bridging the gap between entertainers in the music industry and music industry professionals. We have designed foolproof plans developed to push the indie artist to the ultimate level of success via: international connections, self developed branding structure, education, and assisted personal growth.

With our team of industry agents that will be by your side throughout this whole process you are guaranteed to succeed with ease, as long as your efforts are equally matched. Once you are working with Live Vision we will connect you with one of our best-fit Agents, who will be assigned to you throughout the whole campaign. Your career is now in your hands, Live Vision is set up for the artist to choose the direction he or she feels affordable and suitable. The artist has all options provided to them, with the option of picking and choosing the creator(s) of his/her own project.

• Creative Designer Development

LIVE VISION is constructed and educated from a business background, as all partners involved have either developed their own successful business, have helped build others successful businesses, or have the education and employment experience to teach and construct others.

The business of music generates money from all spectrum, LIVE VISION has developed a playground where all players involved in the music industry where entertainers or behind the scenes creator can present themselves to the world. Platforms where both type of artist can show case their skills, talents and post their wants and needs to other professionals.

Although some artist and behind the scene creators are not yet at the point of being sold as a business, Live Vision has the tools and network to help build the portfolio of an artist and build a solid foundation to that artist’s career.

LIVE VISION has reached access to some of the largest indie names presently accomplishing goals today, and the personal here has been working against the clock to reach across the globe and collect as much information as possible. There is always something to learn and something to do, either to raise a dollar or to increase your business, and the company of LIVE VISION has developed methods for both spectrums of the industry.

The company of Live Vision has created a 12 month program, which is divided up between 6 months of building your portfolio, and an additional 6 months of building your companies profile, networking, marketing, branding and company growth. This program is set up to take individuals that are fresh out of trade school, or have been trying to build their portfolio with reliable names, and have reliable resources / people to work with.

Since LIVE VISION is a company that opens their doors to all that have an interest for music, which leads to cost out of the companies pockets, that pay for supplies, utilities, facility, industry professionals teachings, and extra incentives. LIVE VISION like any other learning or trades facility has to charge for the education given. As we at LIVE VISION understand the ability to pay for such a program may seem out of reach, or you may have to work a day job to just to afford the pressures of life, or possibly your educated but just not employed in the field you went to school for.

LIVE VISION has created three methods for CREATORS to be able to attend, and afford this program:

• EARN TO LEARN:  (12 MONTH PROGRAM)

This is a 12-month intern program with the company of LIVE VISION where the CREATOR attends our offices several times a week, and applies their time to assisting LIVE VISION with their workload, at the same time growing their education and network with in the industry.

• SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: (12 MONTH PROGRAM)

LIVE VISION is a recognized Employment Program, and for participants that fall under Section 58 of Employment Insurance Act may have the opportunity to be funded while attending the program.

Human Resources and Skills Development Canada supports several Employment Programs to help unemployed and underemployed Canadians, including those facing barriers to employment.

To be eligible for these employment programs, you must meet the definition of an “insured participant” found in Section 58 of the Employment Insurance Act. When applying for assistance, you must be unemployed and legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen or permanent resident) and either:

• Have a current claim for Employment Insurance (EI) benefits; or
• Have a previous EI claim whose benefit period ended in the preceding 36 months; or
• Have a previous benefit period that began in the preceding 60 months (5 years), during which the individual was paid maternity or parental benefits, after which they left the labour market to care for a newborn or newly adopted child and are now seeking to re-enter the labour market.

 

• BUDGETED PLAN: (12 MONTH PROGRAM)

$10.00 A DAY, or $300.00 A MONTH for 12 MONTH. ($3600)

LIVE VISION works with the CREATER to subsidize payments, and spread them out throughout the month, $300.00 every month, $10.00 a day.
Once the 12 months are accomplished the artist will be able to walk away with a fully established portfolio, and operating business structure. The artist will further be educated with the tools he/she needs and also with the network and support to have a successful career in the music industry.

 

ENTERTAINERS

Live Vision has created a 12 month program, which is similar to the business building program for the CREATER, but also shares a lot of the aspects as the ARTIST DEVELOPMENT but focuses more on;

• Merchandise
• Production Sales
• Publishing
• Soundscan development
• Business registry
• Grants, and small business loans

The above will be applied on top of these other subjects to help build the artist’s business.

• Building a company brand and profile
• Creation of social media pages, and social media 101
• Creation of company website, logo and promotional material
• Networking with other like minded professionals
• Budgets, grants, investments, & sponsorship
• Promotions, Public Relations, and publicity
• Portfolio building and industry involvement

This program is a shared 12 months program, where the designing of the artist portfolio, networking, marketing, branding and individual growth go together hand in hand. This program is set up to take artist that are eager to take their musical career to the next level, or have been trying to build their portfolio with reliable names, and have reliable resources, or just looking for secure people to work with.

 

1. EARN TO LEARN:  (12 MONTH PROGRAM)

This is a 12-month intern program with the company of LIVE VISION where the CREATOR attends our offices several times a week, and applies their time to assisting LIVE VISION with their workload, at the same time growing their education and network with in the industry.

 

1. FACTOR PROGRAM: (12 MONTH PROGRAM)

LIVE VISION is a recognized business by the FACTOR committee, if an artist is prepared to receive factor, and has all the prerequisites to receive FACTOR funding, (2000 soundscan) than an associate from the company will apply for such grants; and if received a term with Live Vision may start.

 

1. BUDGETED PLAN: (12 MONTH PROGRAM)

$10.00 A DAY, or $300.00 A MONTH for 12 MONTH. ($3600)

LIVE VISION works with the CREATER to subsidize payments, and spread them out throughout the month, $150.00 every two weeks.
Once the 12 months are accomplished the artist will be able to walk away with a fully established portfolio, and operating business structure. The artist will further be educated with the tools he/she needs and also with the network and support to have a successful career in the music industry.
